ORDERING

• The Lounge Beauty Co cannot guarantee the availability of items advertised on this website, even if the site indicates that there are items on hand. TLB reserves the right to withdraw orders, without notice, in which case a refund of the amount paid by you will be made to you.
• The Lounge Beauty Co may choose to reject your offer to purchase and will contact you within 4 business days of placing your order if we intend to reject your offer. This may be due to a lack of availability of an item or any other reason that we deem necessary. The Lounge Beauty Co is not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase.

TLB utilises a market leading 3rd party payment gateway (Pin Payments) and as such will not directly store any payment information. The Lounge Beauty Co undertakes to take due care with the information it collects; however, in providing TLB with such information, you accept that The Lounge Beauty Co is not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission, virus or malware.
• As The Lounge Beauty Co do not have control over the 3rd party payment gateway, The Lounge Beauty Co cannot accept any responsibility in relation to transactions conducted through this gateway. • Once you have submitted an order, you may not cancel that order even if The Lounge Beauty Co acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending.
• Title in the goods passes to you when The Lounge Beauty Co has received payment. Payment is required prior to goods being shipped.
• All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when The Lounge Beauty Co despatch the goods. At the time of conducting your transaction.
