Returns & Exchanges

Before returning any items to The Lounge Beauty, to avoid any unnecessary delays or difficulties, please contact The Lounge Beauty at info@theloungebeauty.com.au with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. The Lounge Beauty will respond with a return reference number and instructions on how to return the item/s.

The conditions relating to the return of any items are as follows:

  • New, unopened items, can be returned within 15 days of delivery, in which case you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs as well as a 10% handling charge.
  • When the item is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery a representative of The Lounge Beauty, after inspection of the item deems it to be defective, will provide a full refund or replacement and will pay for associated shipping costs.
  • If the item sent to you differs to the item which you ordered, The Lounge Beauty, on receipt of the returned item, will exchange this for the correct item and will pay for all associated shipping costs.

The Lounge Beauty is unable to accept responsibility for items you return, until these are received by The Lounge Beauty. It is therefore advised that when shipping returns to The Lounge Beauty that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking of the shipment.

You should expect to receive any refund due to you within two weeks of The Lounge Beauty receiving the returned item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
